We are currently seeking a Die Cut Print Press Supervisor (NOC 72022) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in die-cutting and printing packaging products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with production standards.

Job Description
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of workers who produce packaging and other printed products
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
• Review and approve all job proofs or samples in order to ensure quality of work meets client specifications
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
• Prepare production and other reports
• May set up machines or equipment.
• May perform die cutting functions if needed

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of related experience in die cut print press supervisor or team leader for the printing press and packaging industry
• Completed Secondary School is required
• Able to communicate in English
• Willing to work overtime, weekend or holidays if needed

Terms of Employment: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week (Evening Shift)
Salary: $37 per hour
