Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and validation of new automotive components.
- Perform reliability tests such as load strength and thermal durability.
- Work cross-functionally with HQ R&D, production, and quality teams.
- Support root cause analysis and quality improvement activities.
- Train operators on new models, tools, and standards.
- Manage customer approval processes and integrate prototype feedback.
- Troubleshoot prototype issues and teach robotics for automation.
- Research and test new raw materials, conducting reliability tests for load and temperature endurance.

Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, or related).
- 1–3 years of experience in product development, quality, or manufacturing engineering.
- Familiarity with automotive parts manufacturing and OEM requirements.
- Strong communication skills in English (Korean is a plus).
