Responsibilities/Tasks
Maintain existing ERP system by making modifications and writing programs and scripts customized to business applications.
Perform continuous improvement over existing software systems to maximize scalability for future expansion and added payload.
Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions
Prepare development progress updates and documenting ERP processes.
Perform diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
Provide technical support and training ERP end-users.
Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
Lead and co-ordinate teams of information systems professionals by installing ERP software and ensuring seamless integration with IT systems.
