Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain quality software using best-practice architecture and coding standards, working across Salesforce, MuleSoft, SQL Server, and Oracle platforms to support agency operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create, implement, and maintain applications across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Microsoft SQL, and Oracle
• Perform deep-dive analysis and reverse engineering of existing code for fixes and enhancements
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and functional users to determine requirements
• Participate in cross-functional project teams for planning, design, development, and implementation
• Ensure interfaces/programs comply with technology directives and regulations
• Write technical documentation on application specifications
• Design and deploy technology/process solutions for operational improvements
• Maintain effective working relationships across the Department and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 7+ years of developer experience
• Minimum 3 years: Lead Developer experience on Salesforce implementations
• Proficiency in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions applications and APIs
• Advanced knowledge of MuleSoft integrations
• Relational database experience (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Salesforce development, configuration, and administration skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and source control/versioning best practices
• Strong written/verbal communication and customer service skills
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
• Ability to assess, refactor, and redesign existing systems for optimal solutions
• Experience translating complex technical/regulatory info into clear documentation
• Strong multi-task management and stakeholder collaboration skills
