• Check in with the computer users to fix their computer-related problems. • Give advice and training to users who are facing difficulties. • Participate in the redesign of the applications. • Supervise other technical support workers in the group. • Examine user manuals, technical manuals, and other documentation as you conduct research and put answers into practice. • Create, manage, and share a log of issues and solutions with other technical support analysts.
