Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to develop home style preferences, spatial functional requirements, and brand identity for products.
- Utilize CAD/3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max) alongside graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) to produce 3D renderings, spatial layouts, and detailed breakdown diagrams of products.
- Develop project timelines and coordinate with external vendors to align material delivery with project milestones.
- Partner with sales teams to design client proposal templates, incorporating visual quotes and comparative design schematics.
- Articulate design rationale and strategic vision clearly to clients, while ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Maintain a brand visual asset library (high-resolution product imagery, color standards).
- Select optimal media formats to showcase designs, such as 3D renderings, dynamic demonstration videos, website visuals.
- Evaluate budget requirements for design execution (3D modeling, video production) and propose cost-effective visual strategies.
- Conduct user research (e.g., ergonomic studies, accessibility audits) to optimize heights, storage accessibility, and user preferences.
- Other related design tasks

Van StoneFoundry now have a capacity to process 165k sf per year and install 140k sf. Output parity reached 98f capacity. We will invest $2.2m to buy new equipment and also prepare to recruit 15 new employees in the future.
