Job Description:
• Perform construction document structural design independently using CBC 2022.
• Conduct architectural, energy, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for residential and commercial projects in the Bay Area.
• Determine design specifications through computation of load and grade requirements, rates of water flow, or material stress factors.
• Assess the suitability and strength of foundations or other building materials through testing soils or other materials and analyzing the results.
• Expedite and coordinate with city agencies to ensure permit process/review for approval.
• Utilize Hong Kong building codes and soil engineering knowledge for consultation on Hong Kong area projects.
