Job Description:
• Utilize established techniques and procedures to execute design tasks using REVIT, AUTOCAD.
• Complete assigned design tasks within specified timeliness and according to project requirements. Work on various design elements such as graphics, layouts and visual content as directed by senior designers or project managers.
• Implement conventional design methods and techniques for routine tasks. Create and modify design elements in line with project specifications using REVIT, AUTOCAD.
• Work closely with other design associates, senior designers and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design solutions.
• Follow company design standards, brand guidelines and industry best practices to maintain a consistent and professional visual identity across all design projects.
• Keep detailed records of design processes, revisions and final outputs. Ensure proper documentation for future reference and project continuity.
• Verify design works align with project specifications, client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Main software tool used - REVIT, ENSCAPE, ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, INDESIGN, MICROSOFT POWERPOINT, BLUEBEAM.

Job Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Urban Design, or closely related field of study.
• Two years of experience as Designer, in designing and preparing architectural drawings for all stages of a project.
• Two years of experience working on resolving architectural design layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and managing the BIM model.
• Knowledge of urban design methods, and real estate design development.
• Proficient in Revit, Enscape, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Bluebeam.
