Dental Designs has been in the Fort Myers, FL area for almost 20 years. As the clinic has grown they have expanded several times and once again, they are expanding to accommodate their growth. They are adding operatories to accommodate the growth in Fort Myers clinic and looking for a skilled dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing high-quality dental care to our patients and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Clinic Details:
-Full-time, M - F
-FFS Only
-Multi-provider clinic
-All state-of-the-art technology
-All providers are well-rounded and perform a variety of procedures, keeping everything in house
-Specialists on-site for ease of referral
-No lab fees, 401k match, health insurance, half of malpractice covered
-Hygiene and dental assistants on-site
-Only employee-owned dental clinics in FL - stock option plan at NO cost to the employee is available that grows the longer you stay with the clinic

-DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
-Active dental license in the state of Florida
-Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a dental office
-New grads with advanced training are encouraged to apply
-Willingness to learn new procedures and perform all types of dentistry
-Surgical and implant skills are a great bonus skill
-Easygoing personality, down-to-earth with the ability to work well with a team and take direction from owners, other providers and managers on staff
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Work collaboratively with our team of dental professionals
-Commitment to continuing education and professional development
