Full Job Description

Tasks:

• Prepare plaster models and molds from dental impressions.
• Fabricate wax bite blocks and custom impression trays.
• Cast gold or metal alloys for bridges, crowns, and denture bases.
• Pack acrylic or other dental materials into molds to create full or partial dentures.
• Shape and contour wax over denture setups to form natural-looking gums.
• Fabricate orthodontic bands using gold, silver, stainless steel, or other metals.
• Finish and polish metal frameworks and dentures to achieve a natural appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dental laboratory equipment and work areas.
• Assist dental technicians in assembling and inspecting dental prosthetics for quality and accuracy.
