We are a mobile medical / dental comprehensive company looking for a license dentist for our Texas Dental State Director role.
Brief Overview:
The State Director will manage the dental department, set strategic goals for staff, and handle dental operations within Texas. The role comes with ownership in the PLLC with dividend payouts. As we grow into more states the State Director has the potential to earn more dividends and a increase in salary if the candidate is willing to obtain their dental license for that state.
This is a travel position within the state of Texas and must be willing to provide on-site dental care for patients in senior living communities.
