Dental Quality Control Analyst Job

1. Conduct routine and non-routine quality control analyses of raw materials, in-process components, finished dental products, and related samples.
2. Perform visual inspections and quality control tests on finished dental products, including crowns, bridges, implants, and related dental components.
3. Interpret test and inspection results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and determine whether products meet quality standards.
4. Review production records and inspection data to identify defects, inconsistencies, or nonconforming products.

Applicant must have a High School Diploma/GED and 24 months of experience as a Dental Quality Control Analyst, Dental Laboratory Technician, or related occupation. In the alternative, applicant must have an Associate’s degree in Dental Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
