Job Description:
Position: Dental Product Development & R&D Support Assistant
Wage: $35.00 to $42.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week
Benefit : Extended Medical Plan
Job duties:
1. Support dental product development projects from concept development through prototyping, testing, and product launch.
2. Assist with product research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new dental products.
3. Coordinate and maintain product development documentation, including specifications, test reports, product drawings, and technical records.
4. Support prototype development and testing by preparing samples, coordinating test activities, recording results, and reporting findings to the R&D team.
5. Assist with quality and regulatory requirements by organizing relevant documentation and ensuring product development activities follow applicable standards and internal procedures.
6. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to support product improvements and resolve development-related issues.
7. Conduct basic data collection and analysis related to product performance, testing results, customer feedback, and product quality.
8. Provide general administrative and technical support to the R&D team, including scheduling, sample management, supplier communication, and maintaining project timelines.
