Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Dental Model & Scanning Technician to support our production workflow. This role involves handling physical dental impressions and preparing them for digital scanning and processing. This is a hands-on production role, not a design or customer service position.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, organize, and prepare dental impression cases
Assist in pouring, trimming, and articulating stone models when needed
Prepare impressions for scanning and operate scanning equipment when required
Ensure scanned files are accurate and properly labeled
Organize and export digital files into the production system
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow established workflow and quality standards

Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
Basic computer and file management skills
Reliable, punctual, and organized work ethic
Willingness to learn dental scanning and lab procedures
Prior dental, lab, or model experience is a plus but not required

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience + performance-based opportunities. Paid biweekly.
