Job Duties
Lead warehouse/ delivery operations including loading unloading, storage and shipping of
finished orders
Supervise the team to ensure smooth delivery operations and to ensure the team is engaging
in safe warehouse practices.
Supervising, planning, and delegating the duties in the delivery operations process, such as:
receive and organize products, ensure the goods for shipping are packed properly and
efficiently as well as labeled correctly, keep records of the items being dispatched, scheduling,
routing and assigning routes to drivers on a weekly basis, ensure that drivers load accurately
and have all the necessary equipment to successfully complete their delivery routes.
Manage and control the budget allocated for personnel expenses.
Oversee and monitor the delivery key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose new
processes.
Supervise, coordinate and schedule on weekly basis the drivers’ team and a large team of
owner-operator contractor drivers.
Monitor the seamlessly operation of the company owned fleet of vehicles, as well as to
ensure they are well maintained, clean and tidy by the drivers, and the pre- and post-
operations checklist are accordingly. Requisition supplies required to ensure such
maintenance, and for seamless delivery operations. Identify issues in vehicles and report
accordingly.
Provide support to the dispatch team relaying work orders, messages, and information from
customer service to drivers.
Ensure all deliveries are completed successfully by coordinating- arranging meetups between
drivers, re-delivering failed orders, coordinating and solving any mistakes, issues by the team.
Act as a liaison between drivers and customers when needed, to address and provide
solution to concerns/queries, and strengthen customer relationships.
Establish and foster relationships with members of the dispatch and delivery success teams,
as well as the drivers.
Assist with screening and onboarding new driver candidates, provide training to employees
and conduct performance reviews of the team.
Responsible for adherence to safety and security policies, procedures, standards, and
regulations, maintain a clean orderly and food-safe work environment, and provide
suggestions to continuously improve practices.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Post-secondary education in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related discipline is
required.
1 year of related work experience.
Class 5 Drivers Licence is required.
Strong organizational skills.
Exceptional time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to adapt and formulate new plans as contingencies arise.
Self-motivated, with leadership skills and a high energy outlook.
Strong written communication skills.
Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
