Delivery Operations Manager Job

Analyze client project requirements and evaluate existing workflows, systems, and technical processes to determine optimal technical solutions. Assess resource and skill needs for each project phase based on system requirements and adjust plans as specifications or client priorities change. Collaborate with project teams to translate business needs into functional and technical system requirements, ensuring feasibility and alignment with project goals. Conduct regular reviews with project managers and solution builders to clarify system expectations and validate technical design decisions. Provide analytical guidance on selecting, modifying, or integrating software platforms to support project execution. Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of a ticketing or workflow management system to streamline task tracking, issue resolution, and process automation. Identify opportunities to optimize workflows by analyzing system performance and recommending enhancements or integrations. Develop system documentation, guidelines, and training materials to support new solution builders.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, System Analysis or a related field
Experience: Two years of experience in the job offered, as a Solution Designer or a in related field
Skills: Business and technical requirements definition; Low-code engineering; Customer requirements analysis; Process automation; Jira; ClickUp.
