• Monitor and operate the daily operations.
• Resolve work problems and provide solution to improve performance.
• Prepare performance reports.
• Requisition or order materials and supplies.
• Co-ordinate repairs & rentals.
• Supervise the loading of the Vans.
• Responds to emergency situation as required.
• Completes daily time in sheets.
• Maintains safety & security of the premises & people during the shift.
• Ensure the use of safe working methods and behaviors within the team.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other team members/drivers.
• Overseeing all activities related to parcel sorting, road allocation and monitoring of existing processes and procedures.
