Job Duties:
• Supervise the working of delivery drivers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Prepare and maintain delivery schedules and routes.
• Resolve any issues or concerns related to delivery and logistics.
• Ensure that the delivery drivers are adhering to all safety and regulatory protocols.
• Assign duties to the delivery drivers and ensure that schedules are met.
• Train and assist new delivery drivers.
• Provide assistance to the delivery drivers in case of route breakdown.
• Maintain contact with delivery drivers.
• Prepare work reports of delivery drivers and report to management for performance review.
