Job Description:
Superior Fleet, a FedEx Ground contractor, is looking for Pickup and Delivery Driver drivers in the Effingham, IL area. We deliver to Robinson, Olney, Casey, Newton, and surrounding areas. We need enthusiastic, safety-minded and experienced individuals who are ready to work!. We have generous bonus structure in place in addition to daily pay.
Responsibilities
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Requirements
• Handling and maneuvering up to 150lb boxes (with and without hand trucks or dollies)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record without excessive speeding tickets, reckless driving etc.
• Consent to a state/federal and MVR background check.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid drivers license.
• Consent to a drug test and DOT Physical exam (paid for by employer) and random screening throughout employment.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good operating/cosmetic condition.
• Follow all regulations and safety standards.
