We are seeking dedicated and reliable Team Drivers to join our growing logistics team. As a Team Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely across various routes between Groveport, OH to Antonio, TX.

-5,052 miles/week – 2-5 stops depending on load
-2 weeks out; 2-3 days home
-99% No touch freight. Drop and hook and live unload
-150-mile radius of Groveport, OH
-75-mile radius of Indianapolis, IN ; Des Moines, IA; Omaha, NE ; St Lake City, UT or Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities:

-The first starts in Groveport, OH and delivers to Sparks, NV. This run will either have the driver return to Groveport, OH or deliver a load from NV to Woodland, CA before returning to OH. From time to time, there will be a lane that delivers to Franklin, NH.
-The second run will have the driver run from Groveport, OH to various distribution centers in Carrolton, TX; Houston, TX and San Antonio, TX.

Work Location: In person

-Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
-Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with a driving partner.
-6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience plus 3 months verifiable teams experience in the last 3 years
-Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines consistently.

Absolute Must Do:

Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, following all traffic laws and regulations.
Collaborate with your driving partner to plan routes effectively, ensuring timely deliveries.
-Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition.
-Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption as required by DOT regulations.
-Ensure cargo is loaded securely and transported safely to its destination.
Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines consistently.
