Job Description:
QuitMantra is seeking a compassionate and dedicated De-Addiction Therapist to join our mission of helping individuals overcome substance abuse and regain control of their lives. The ideal candidate will provide therapy, counseling, and support to individuals struggling with addiction, guiding them through evidence-based recovery programs in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Job Requirements:

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery
Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
Work closely with psychiatrists, family members, and support staff
Maintain confidential client records and documentation
--- Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
Certification in addiction counseling preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in addiction or mental health counseling
Empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental approach
