Job Description:
Full-time, 40hrs per week assisting individuals with disabilities in their job search; includes some evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
$19.80/hr
Responsible for ensuring positive employment outcomes for individuals by providing career counseling, job preparation training and skill development, job search/coaching services, and other employment services
Develop relationships with local employers and community organizations to create job opportunities for individuals.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
CESP certification or ACRE Basic Employment Certificate within 18 months of hire is required
Basic computer skills required
Education Requirements
High school diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in an employment setting
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Disability Services, Social Services, Business, Education or other related field
