Job Description:

• Provide functional input during implementations and upgrades, working closely with P&C and IT to resolve functional issues and ensuring any changes align with Firm processes. Recommend solutions and raise inquiries if the system and the functionality no longer meet organizational needs.
• Develop the tools to ensure our systems and processes are documented through regular updates and audits, throughout the lifecycle of the system.
• Oversee and maintain data integrity and information security of our People Systems.
• Manage the testing across various UKG modules and providing guidance and expertise to our People, IT, Finance and Programs teams.
• Lead the biannual system upgrade, testing and identifying downstream impacts to the organization.
• Build, maintain, and optimize reporting practices and dashboards to support our evolving people, systems, and analytics strategy.
• Provide testing scripts and execution to ensure system readiness.
• Evaluate system readiness for process adjustments, recommending and making required changes based on stakeholder input.
• Define KPIs and service level expectations to measure service delivery while always looking for ways to increase the process efficiencies and level of support for our P&C team. Produce regular service reports with trend/issue analysis.
• Contribute to the development of data analytics, organizational dashboards and reports to support business forecasting and strategic insights.

Job Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Sciences or a related field.
• 2 years of HRIS/HCM experience in a systems admin or analyst role.
• Configuration expertise in multiple UKG product areas, strong understanding of UKG cross-functional touchpoints, HRIS/HCM security, calculated fields, and custom reports.
• Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced MS Office skills required, specifically within Excel demonstrating strength in sorting, navigating, and analyzing large sets of data, Visio for documentation of process flows, Power BI, and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Strong process focus, ability to map processes to drive standardization.
• Ability to deliver presentation and effectively communicate with senior leaders.
• Strong interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust.
• Knowledge of service enabling technologies, including case management and HRIS systems.
• Experience within a medium to large-sized organization with domestic and international operations preferred.
