Database Administrators Job

Design and develop analytical systems, communications, and business intelligence(BI) applications, applying statistics, probability, analytical and business logicsengineering, and mathematical analysis designing. Implementing analytical applications & packages using Logic, analysis, Relational databases, Data mining, data QA, Database design, and management. Maintain schedule and alerts on PowerBI Dashboards. Applying the patches in Production, test and Development Server. Develop BI analytical applications/products and reporting systems using cloud data warehousing and various Cloud services. Work with cross-functional teams on many crucial and time-bound projects. Develop, design, and support like Log-Shipping, Database Mirroring, Backup Policy, Recovery, Indexing, and Reorganization. Deploy and configure PowerBI, SAP Business Intelligence and Azure Database for PostgreSQL, leveraging automation tools like PowerShell scripts. Develop Database system testing procedures, programming, and documentation. Responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed systems and preparing flowcharts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis, and providing solutions. Closely work with managers and business users on determining application features and implementation. Create and maintain Data strategy, reference documents/architectures, roadmaps, standards and best practices, and development guidelines for the projects/users. Own the process of designing and building metrics and Key Performance Indicators to track and monitor process efficiency, which helps the organization and leadership for decision making. Builds processes and workflows to maintain data integrity for reporting and analysis purposes. Responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed systems and preparing flowcharts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis, and providing solutions. Design and implement an Agile work management approach. Follow Agile ceremonies like Sprint planning, Backlog grooming, Daily scrum, Sprint review and Sprint retrospective. Use of Tableau. Alteryx , SAP BI Tools, Data Bricks, Agile Methodologies, Product Management, Project Management, Cloud Integration & AI Implementations.

Travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. may be required to work at end-client locations, at least once or twice a year based on client’s needs. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.

Minimum requirements

Education: Must possess Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.*

Experience: 12 months’ experience in the position offered or a related position.
