Job Duties:
• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s internal database and CRM system
• Determine, implement, and document database policies, procedures, and standards
• Conduct database design tasks based on end users' requirements
• Perform regular tests and evaluations to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity
• Develop, implement, and maintain backup and recovery procedures for the database system.
• Monitor database performance, make necessary adjustments, and apply updates and patches as needed.
• Support in diagnosing and resolving database-related issues.
• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless integration of databases with other systems and applications.
• Follow established best practices and industry standards in database administration to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of database systems.
Qualification:
• Completion of courses in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• Proficient in database languages such as SQL and its variants.
• Familiarity with popular database management systems, including MySQL, MariaDB, Redis.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and team spirit.
