Job Description:
Position Overview
The Database Administrator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and organization of company and contact information within the company’s database/CRM system. This role ensures that information is current, properly categorized, and easily accessible while maintaining supporting records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Add and maintain new companies within the database, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
- Add new key contacts and maintain comprehensive contact information, including phone numbers, email addresses, titles, and other relevant details.
- Regularly review and update company and contact records to ensure the database contains the most current and accurate information.
- Ensure all companies are assigned to the appropriate industry sectors and classifications.
- Maintain accurate and consistent data throughout the database to support business development, recruiting, sales, and management activities.
- Monitor existing records for outdated, duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate information and make corrections as needed.
- Maintain and organize supporting documentation associated with company records, including resumes, fee schedules, and other relevant files.
- Ensure documents are properly attached, labeled, categorized, and maintained within the appropriate company or contact record.
- Establish and maintain consistent data-entry standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular database reviews and audits to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Support internal teams by ensuring reliable and up-to-date company, contact, and documentation information is readily available.

Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with database, CRM, or information management systems.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage a high volume of information while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and proactively correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Previous experience in database administration, CRM management, data entry, recruiting, business development, or a related administrative role preferred.
