Data Scientist Job

- Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business and product development decisions.
- Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and analytical solutions that enhance platform functionality.
- Identify trends, user behavior patterns, and business insights through statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Collaborate with AI/Software Developers, Full Stack Developers, and business stakeholders to integrate data-driven features into the Virtuasso platform.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate data quality, accuracy, and consistency while ensuring proper data governance practices.
- Assist in developing recommendation engines, forecasting models, and user analytics capabilities.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, data science methodologies, and industry best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or data science.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with SaaS platforms or cloud-based software solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience developing recommendation systems, natural language processing (NLP), or AI-driven analytics.
- Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and information security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
