Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Data Scientist to develop data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making and business growth. This role requires a strong foundation in mathematics, programming, and data modeling, along with the ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows
Communicate findings and model outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Monitor model performance and implement improvements over time
Document methodologies, processes, and model assumptions
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related roles (internships and academic projects may be considered)
Strong programming skills in Python or R
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data analysis techniques
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib)
Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, or computer vision techniques
Experience working with production-level ML systems
