Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Data Scientists in designing and delivering AI/ML solutions for business and marketing use cases.
Drive technical decision-making, project execution, and production stability within assigned domains.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and align data science initiatives with organizational objectives.
Design, develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
Develop and deploy AI capabilities through APIs, SDKs, and microservices.
Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Build statistical models and machine learning algorithms using Python and cloud-based technologies.
Implement MLOps best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficient model deployment.
Stay current with advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
Expertise in Python and data science libraries.
Experience with Deep Learning frameworks.
Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and automation.
Experience developing APIs, SDKs, and microservices.
Strong data visualization and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring data scientists.
Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
