Position Title: Data Science Consultant
Location: 1900 Camden Ave., Suite 66, San Jose, CA 95124
Position Responsibilities: Conduct analytical experimentation for marketing campaigns through A/B testing and synthetic control group testing. Calculate KPI metrics for determining success of marketing efforts such as revenue generated, engagement rates, churn rates, incremental revenue, etc. Utilize Data Science techniques for processing large sets for data to generate actionable insights. Make recommendations to clients based on thorough data analysis. Build, publish and maintain dashboards on Tableau or Power Bi to visualize results. Lead teams of data analysts and scientists to deliver business value to clients. To meet with clients and aid in the formation of strategy in line with corporate objectives. Research into state-of-the-art data science and analytical methods and tools. Collaborate with other data scientists to add value across the company. Attend industry conferences on Big Data & emerging technologies to deliver best value to clients. Mentor other employees and transfer knowledge to improve overall performance around the company. Travel to unanticipated client locations approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics or related field, PLUS demonstrable knowledge of: SQL; R; Python; Statistics; Excel; Tableau; Stata; Machine Learning; VBA, and; Power Point. Required knowledge may be gained prior to or concurrently with Master’s degree. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
