Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, review, and interpret operational data requirements to support the development and enhancement of information systems and data structures.
• Design and implement structured approaches for organizing, storing, and maintaining data to improve consistency, accessibility, and reliability across systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define and refine data structures, validation logic, and data management frameworks used within operational databases.
• Support the development, configuration, and ongoing optimization of data systems to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing.
• Identify and analyze data irregularities, system inefficiencies, and structural gaps, and work with stakeholders to implement corrective solutions at the system level.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to data structures, database workflows, data handling procedures, and system integration processes.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data using database tools to produce reports and support operational planning and decision-making.
• Recommend and support improvements to database structures, data handling processes, and automated validation mechanisms to enhance system performance and data integrity.

Requirements:
• Secondary education diploma is a must
• Minimum one year of experience in data analysis, data quality management, or a similar role is required
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar).
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate findings effectively.

Compensation and conditions:
• Full-time, permanent position consisting of at least 35 weekly work hours.
• The remuneration will be set at CAD$44.50 per hour.
• Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week.
• Primary business location: 7035 Ordan Dr, Mississauga, ON L5T 1T1.
