Planta Greenhouses is looking for a meticulous and analytical Data Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assess data sets to identify inconsistencies, errors, and gaps in information across operational systems.
• Develop and implement processes to improve data accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to establish data standards, validation rules, and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor data collection systems and perform routine audits to ensure compliance with established quality procedures.
• Investigate data discrepancies and work with stakeholders to resolve issues at the source.
• Design and maintain documentation related to data quality protocols, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Recommend improvements to data management systems and contribute to the development of automated quality checks.

Requirements:
• Secondary education diploma is a must
• Minimum one year of experience in data analysis, data quality management, or a similar role is required
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar).
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate findings effectively.

Compensation and conditions:
• Full-time, permanent position consisting of at least 35 weekly work hours.
• The remuneration will be set at CAD$44.50 per hour.
• Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week.
• Primary business location: 140 Upper Post Rd, Maple, ON L6A 4J9.
