Gradalis Inc is on the hunt for Data Entry Representatives with solid SALES skills!

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound New Patient and Existing Patient Calls and provide world-class customer service
Converting phone, social media, and email appointment requests to consults or appointments
Exceptional Customer Service To Resolve Calls Completely
Requirements:

Exceptional SALES experience is a MUST
RN or clinical experience is a plus
Experience with Athena EMR is a plus
Bilingual (Spoken/Written Proficiency in both Spanish and English) required
MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT to the following rotating schedules in EST (8am-5pm, 4pm-12am, 12am-8am)
