Data Entry Operator Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data into our systems with a high level of accuracy. This is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Accurately input and update data into company databases and software systems.
Verify and review data for errors, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Perform regular data backups and maintenance.
Generate and maintain reports as required by department heads or managers.
Ensure compliance with company data entry policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Experience with [Salesforce, Google Sheets, SQL, Microsoft Azure] is a plus.
Fast typing speed and accuracy (measured in WPM).
