We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Entry / Data Analyst to support our data operations and reporting processes. This role requires a mix of accurate data entry skills and the ability to interpret data to generate actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in ensuring data integrity and helping drive business decisions through reporting and analysis.

Analyze datasets to identify trends, errors, or inconsistencies.
Generate reports and dashboards to support business teams.
Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and metrics.
Support data cleansing and enrichment initiatives.
Make recommendations based on findings to improve operations or strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with CRM, ERP, or database systems
Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, VBA, or macros)
Previous experience in [industry: e.g., finance, healthcare, retail]

High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
0–1 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
Familiarity with data tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Basic understanding of statistics or data modeling is a plus
