Data Entry Clerk Job

RKI Instruments is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for accuracy and is proficient in data entry and Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter and update data into our database

- Ensure data is error-free and maintain data integrity

- Verify accuracy and completeness of information

- Generate reports and charts as needed using Microsoft Excel

- Communicate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues with data

- Keep track of deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly

- Follow all data entry protocols and data protection procedures

- Assist in any other duties related to data entry as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of data protection policies and procedures

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
