Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk to help manage, organize, and maintain the essential information that powers our programs. You’ll be a vital behind-the-scenes team member ensuring we have accurate records for outreach, event participation, donors, and more. Although the role is remote, applicants must live in Alabama as occasional in-person check-ins or support may be needed.

• Accurately input data from outreach events, service logs, and donor forms
• Maintain, update, and verify participant and volunteer information
• Generate simple reports from spreadsheets and our CRM system
• Digitize and organize documents such as consent forms and attendance sheets
• Communicate with field staff to ensure accurate data collection and reporting
• Support virtual campaigns with mailing lists and event registries
• Maintain confidentiality and follow basic HIPAA/data protection policies
• Join weekly virtual check-ins and stay responsive via email or Slack
