Required Skills & Qualifications:

Deep expertise in AI Architecture, with proven experience designing and implementing AI-driven solutions at scale.
Extensive experience in PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) data technologies and an understanding of the associated regulatory and operational complexities.
Demonstrated experience in performing qualitative and quantitative Buy vs. Build analyses to inform architectural decisions.
Proven track record of leading architecture design reviews and driving modernization initiatives within complex technology landscapes.
Experience architecting universal semantic layers and implementing predictive analytics and natural language processing for business intelligence.
Strong ability to develop and enforce data architecture standards, guardrails, and guidelines across engineering and product teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading significant technology transformation initiatives at a business unit level.
Familiarity with transactional systems of record and their integration with analytics platforms.
Prior experience in a principal or senior architect role with cross-functional leadership responsibilities.
Knowledge of emerging trends in AI-driven analytics, semantic layers, and data modernization.
