Role Overview
We are seeking Data Annotators based in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Latin America to support the training and evaluation of our AI systems. Since most of our clients are from these regions, native-level English proficiency and familiarity with local hiring practices are essential.
Responsibilities
• Annotate and review interview-related data (e.g., questions, answers, resumes, job descriptions)
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clarity, relevance, and correctness
• Provide high-quality labels and feedback to improve model performance
• Follow detailed annotation guidelines and meet quality standards
Requirements
• Located in the US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
• Native or near-native English proficiency
• Strong understanding of job interviews, resumes, and hiring processes
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
• Experience with data annotation, AI training, or content review
• Background in recruiting, HR, interviewing, or career coaching
