NOC Job Title: Data Analyst

Salary: $46/hour - $51/hour

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Work hours: 30 to 40 hours/week

Job descriptions:

Collect data from various sources such as property listings, sales records, etc.
Prepare and extract data using programming language.
Apply statistical analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights and trends related to property valuation, customer behavior, etc.
Develop predictive models and algorithms focusing on various aspects such as market trends, demand-supply dynamics, and risk assessment to support the company’s decision-making process.
Create data visualization to communicate complex insights in a clear and actionable manner.
In consultation with the team, integrate data-driven solutions into various aspects of our business, including sales, marketing, operations, etc.
Continuously research and experiment with new data analysis techniques and technologies.
Contributes to the identification of MEhome’s data needs and priorities for upgrades.
Assist in maintaining data and developing data quality assessments on main databases to ensure its accuracy and suitability.
Perform other related duties.

Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related majors;
Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R for data analysis and manipulation.
Strong English language skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Sound problem-solving skills.
Ability to work within tight deadlines and with close attention to details to ensure consistent, accurate messaging through all channels.
Adaptability and flexibility, including ability to manage competing deadline pressures, ambiguity, and change.
