Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to extract meaningful insights, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights through data exploration.
Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver high-impact analytics.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support marketing, product, finance, or operations teams.
Use statistical techniques to interpret data and forecast trends.
Assist in developing data pipelines in collaboration with data engineering teams.
Present findings in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Solid knowledge of Excel and data wrangling techniques.
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis (preferred).
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).
Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and statistical modeling.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
