Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Analyst who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support our academic, administrative, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong background in statistical analysis, and can transform raw data into actionable insights that guide organizational decisions.
Job Requirements:
Collect, clean, and maintain datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
Use statistical tools to identify trends, correlations, and patterns in educational and organizational data.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights clearly to leadership, faculty, and staff.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations.
Monitor KPIs related to student performance, curriculum outcomes, and institutional growth.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and confidentiality standards.
Support predictive modeling and forecasting to enhance decision-making.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL for data analysis.
Strong knowledge of Numpy, Pandas, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib).
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills — ability to present data insights in a clear and compelling manner.
Ability to work collaboratively across academic and administrative teams.
