Dairy Queen is seeking F/T Food Service Supervisors. Job

Position Info:
• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $19.50-$20.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• Work Location: 385 Main St, Cardston, AB T0K 0K0

Benefits:
• 4 % vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Coordinate daily activities of staff preparing and portioning food items
• Order and maintain adequate inventory of food and kitchen supplies
• Instruct new and current staff on job duties, sanitation, and food safety protocols
• Monitor food preparation and service to confirm quality control standards are met
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Track stock levels, repairs, sales figures, and wastage records
• Develop and assign staff work schedules
• Balance cash drawers and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related documentation
• Carry out opening and closing procedures for the location
• Check the store regularly to confirm safety conditions are maintained

Job Requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 2-3 years of food service experience with supervisory duties is required
