Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Dairy Products Foreman to lead daily production activities. The successful candidate will supervise production teams, ensure smooth operations, and maintain product quality and safety standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Supervise production staff and coordinate daily workflow in the dairy processing area
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality and safety standards
• Plan staff schedules, assign tasks, and manage workflow to meet production targets
• Train and support team members to ensure proper handling of equipment and adherence to safety procedures
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished products, and coordinate with supply teams as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, including output, quality checks, and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and food safety regulations
Requirements of Position:
• Secondary School Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food or beverage processing industry
• Profound knowledge of dairy production processes, equipment operation, and quality control practices
• Good English language skills
Compensation & Conditions:
• Permanent, full-time positions
• $36 per hour for 30 - 35 hours per week
• Overtime may be required and will be paid at 1.5 of your regular hourly rate after 44 hours per week
