Dairy Herdsman performs the following duties:
• Feed programs and tend animals.
• Assisting with calving and breeding programs
• Manage the milking station and systems.
• Identifying cattle health problems, hoofing problems.
• Detect disease, maintain livestock performance records
• Perform general farm duties.
• Operate farm machinery and equipment such as tractor operation.
• Perform general farm duties such as milking, feeding and other daily farm chores.
Wage rate: $17.75 per hour, 40 hours per week
Education: No education required.
Experience: Willing to train but having related farm experience is an asset; Basic Knowledge of English is sufficient.
Workdays, night, and weekend’s shifts
