Position Info:
• Position: Sous Chef
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $36.70/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Benefits:

Job Duties:
• Cook full menus and signature items while designing event displays
• Collaborate with the Chef to supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
• Train staff on updated culinary methods and modern kitchen tools
• Direct the team on meal preparation and specific plating styles
• Assist the Chef with the creation and testing of new recipes
• Handle orders for ingredients and necessary kitchen equipment

Job requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of commercial cooking experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
