DA/RDA Job

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during procedures

Take and process dental X-rays (must have Radiation Safety certification)

Perform coronal polishing (if certified)

Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols

Provide chairside assistance and ensure patient comfort

Maintain accurate patient records and charting

Support front desk as needed (e.g., scheduling, patient check-in)

Qualifications:
On-the-job experience or completion of a dental assisting program preferred

Must be licensed in California (RDA license required)

Current X-ray, CPR, and Infection Control certifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Professional, reliable, and a team player
