We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented CV Writer to join our team. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their careers and goals, then turn that into polished, compelling application documents that get them noticed by Irish employers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct client consultations to gather career history, achievements, and target roles
Write tailored, ATS-optimised CVs for clients at all career levels
Edit and restructure existing CVs to improve clarity, impact, and layout
Write cover letters and help with job application form responses
Optimise LinkedIn profiles with strong headlines, summaries, and keywords
Keep up to date with Irish hiring trends and sector-specific expectations
Deliver work accurately and on time while maintaining a high standard of quality
Communicate professionally with clients throughout the process

Requirements

Proven experience in CV writing, recruitment, HR, or professional writing
Excellent written English, with strong grammar and attention to detail
Understanding of ATS systems and modern CV best practices
Strong interviewing skills to draw out clients’ key achievements
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
Knowledge of the Irish job market is an advantage
Degree in English, Communications, HR, Business, or a related field preferred
