Customer Support Representative:
Responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and professional operational support to our global clients. Operating in a remote environment, this role serves as the primary liaison between our users and internal operational teams.
The ideal candidate is a disciplined self-starter with a strong technical aptitude, capable of managing real-time problem-solving while maintaining absolute data security and professionalism.
Core Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Support
Serve as the frontline contact for client inquiries via live chat, email ticketing systems, and secure messaging channels.
Provide clear, concise, and empathetic troubleshooting assistance regarding platform navigation, account access, and user dashboards. Resolve inquiries efficiently to meet or exceed established internal response-time and client-satisfaction metrics.
2. Technical & Platform Troubleshooting
Assist clients with system onboarding, user account settings, and identity/access verification processes.
Diagnose and log software or portal errors reported by users, routing complex operational or technical issues to management or specialized internal teams.
Stay up to date on all internal software updates, features, and platform modifications to provide accurate user guidance.
3. Data Management & Compliance
Maintain meticulous, accurate, and real-time records of all client interactions, feedback, and resolution steps within the company’s internal database.
Ensure strict adherence to internal privacy, data security, and confidentiality protocols when handling client information.
Employment Terms
Classification: Full-time, hourly non-exempt.
Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (40 hours total), with flexible scheduling parameters subject to operational coverage needs.
Compensation: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and technical capability.
