Customer Success and Partnership Coordinator Job

Communicate with potential customers, users, and business partners;
Support early customer onboarding and follow-up activities;
Collect and organize feedback from customers or pilot users;
Assist with partnership outreach and relationship management;
Maintain records of customer communication and business development progress;
Support the preparation of client-facing materials and presentations;
Coordinate meetings with potential partners, advisors, suppliers, or commercial contacts.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, customer relations, or a related field;
Experience in customer service, account coordination, business development, or partnership support;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain organized records;
Professional attitude when communicating with customers, partners, and stakeholders;
Ability to collect feedback and summarize customer needs;
Experience in a start-up, technology, or service-based business would be considered an asset.
